I take magnesium because it works to keep me even tempered, relaxed, and regulates my blood pressure and blood sugar. I don’t notice how much it helps my mood unless I forget to take it for a day or two. The capsules are kind of big so could be difficult to swallow for some. Make sure to take with plenty of water or with food! It is very unpleasant when you burp it up and it burns. However, the positive impact it has on my mental and physical health far outweighs the negative. I strongly recommend anyone research all its benefits, especially if you struggle with stress, anxiety, or irritability. Plus it’s great at alleviating symptoms of PMS. You just have to take it daily to reap the benefits. Be sure to consult with your doctor to make sure it’s right for you before taking.

Seems to me that when I take this supplement along with B1 in the evening it relaxes me and helps me to fall asleep more quickly and sleep more soundly. I can definitely recommend this supplement.

I definitely felt more relaxed and less anxious. I’ve only taken it a few times so far. The first time was during the daytime since I was staying home that day. My anxiety went right away and I noticed muscle relaxation but no sleepiness.I’ve tried it before bed and did not fall asleep faster or get better sleep. I had no adverse side effects at all. I figure we can all use more magnesium even if it doesn’t work for sleep.Maybe it has a cumulative effect, to be fair it’s only been a few times. I felt awake but more relaxed and not restless. Some reviewers state they needed more.Easy to swallow, no odor or taste !

Love it! Take 1 at bedtime and sleep all night

First time I took one of this pill before to sleep I dreamed that I was dreaming. I had to wake up twice to actually open the eyes. Yes, it was weird but that's how deep I slept that night.After a week taking this every night I suspend it because I was sleepy during the day. Now I only take it when I really want to sleep good.That's what it did to me. It doesn't have the same effect in everybody.

This is hard to find in the store, so it was great to find it here. This was also cheaper than buying it in a pharmacy since it's not covered by most insurance.
