Five stars, while it worked. Now the damn charging port is loose or something. I can NOT charge this now. $200 down the drain. Wonderful. Just great. It's been more than 30 days now so I'm not going to even bother Amazon with this as I already know their policy. A friend of a friend had one of these as well and had the EXACT same problem around the 30 day mark. BTW, I also have the white version of this for my iPhone 5S and have had a volume button go MIA. So it still works; however, it's no longer water-proof. Also, I take extremely good care of my products/purchases. These things are built for war supposedly but the roughest thing I've ever put them through is placing them in my backpack.

I love this case, however the micro USB port came apart on the 2 nd charge. I've had this case for a week only! Seems to be a problem with this case as the only other review complains about the exact same thing. If it was a $20 item I would expect to get what I paid for , however this is $150 - so I would expect a little more quality - my sony playstation controller is 7 years old with a lot more use and only cost $40.

I have a snowlizard iphone case for my 5s, and I liked the idea of this case. On paper it was an awesome case, the built in battery is amazing... in reality it sucks. First off, the tab to pull the ipad out of the case is very easy to get caught in the seal making it very NOT waterproof... Secondly, my case came with a faulty battery, let it charge for 2 days it never lit the fourth battery light up. the vesa mounting solution is a great option for some people, but if you are just carrying it around, its clumsy and gets in the way. The screen protector scratches way too easily for a case that is supposed to be this rugged.
