Extremely Disappointed – Yonex Quality Is a Joke!** I bought the **Yonex Astrox 88D Pro** just **4 months ago**, expecting premium quality from such a reputed brand. But to my shock, **the racket broke without any impact, any touch, or even being used recently**. It was kept safely and still somehow cracked — absolutely pathetic! For a racket that costs this much, **I expected durability, reliability, and at least basic build quality**. Instead, I got a fragile piece of trash. Either Yonex has lost its standards or the seller is delivering fake or factory-defect products. This is not what I paid for. **I feel completely cheated.** Don’t waste your money like I did. **Terrible experience with both Yonex and Amazon

First things first - compared to international prices, the price for which it is available in India is reasonable. Head heavy racket but not too much to hamper recovery, your smashes will be powerful but not unplayable for the opposition. Recovery is fast so ideal for doubles player. Will do for singles also if you are not aggressive in singles. If you like smashing hard in singles you can opt for more head heavy or 3U weight as recovery need not be too quick. Control is very good but not excellent as even balanced but a good compromise as this is suited for aggressive players who play more in the back rather than around net. Very good sweet spot size and this does not compromise on speed. Overall a good package for doubles players who like to play from back more often. Not bad in looks too.

So fragile, got broken with just hit on my thigh while I missed a shot within 6 months. No warranty. Extra 1000 rs I paid while buying from here Amazon. Repenting

This racquet is one of the finest for doubles back court game. Invest in this racquet if - - You are an Intermediate+ player - Can generate reasonable power from arms - Enjoy playing with stiff racquets My game has improved leaps compared to when I was using flexible racquets. I use this racquet with a towel grip to make it slightly more balanced.

The string broke in 2 months and the frame broke in 4 months. Not worth spending so much.
