Since i purchased the product it had a tear . Unfortunately i cannot ask for a replacment because i already wore it. I never expected this in new product. I am very disappointed.

Nice fit and comfortable.

Purchased for a long bike tour. Very comfortable, soft against the skin, and breathable. I normally wear a M in women's so went with the S in men's. Opted for the men's shirt due to color options. 4.5 stars because there is a very small hole at the end of one of the seams on the neck.

For active pursuits, wool is king. Aside from polyester, of course. So in my quest to eliminate cotton from my hiking gear, I knew I needed a lightweight long sleeve. When it comes to wool, I usually expect to break the bank. This Meriwool shirt proved otherwise. I used this as my dry sleeping shirt for my thru hike. It fits snugly - close even to being small-to-size - so it's definitely more of a base layer. I did have to run it through the dryer several times just in the interest of time, and it shrank up slightly. That's to be expected with wool. For all its thinness, it keeps you warm. And true to the promise, it doesn't generate anywhere near as much odor as any other fabric I've worn. Even now, after my hike, I wear it often as a regular shirt "around town". The fit makes it look quite stylish. Long term, I hope to eventually pick up one of their hooded long sleeves too.

Quality of the fabric is as expected. Non-scratchy merino wool. Not a heavy guage wool -- it is thin, lightweight material. VERY snug fit. Because of the snug fit, best used as an undergarment, unless you are jacked and like to wear tight clothes.
