missing accessories and terrible customer service from both Logitech and amazon

Don’t buy
Bought these in June and they started off amazing sound quality is amazing on them but always had an issue with the mic not working so I had to plug the transmitter in and out most of the time and for a £235 headset you shouldn’t have to do that and astros help line were useless. I carried on using them anyway hoping they would solve the issue but a week ago the headset stopped connecting to anything all together and made them useless so I don’t recommend this headset at all! Only plus side Amazon were great at trying to solve the issue and have refunded me completely after a bit of trouble shooting.
