What sets this brace apart is its minimalist design. Unlike bulkier braces that can restrict movement, this one provides just the right amount of support while allowing my joints to move naturally. Whether I'm on the field, at the gym, or recovering from a workout, the lightweight construction feels barely noticeable yet incredibly supportive.

The problem with these is that a thick seam is in the bottom of the brace, which was uncomfortable on my already inflamed plantar fascia.

I bought these for a dance class that specifically instructed us to be barefoot. They fit fine & were easy enough to get on & off but really didn’t do much to support my arches on the hard floor. 🫤 I was probably expecting too much but for the price I was disappointed. Will keep trying them, maybe they’ll be helpful in some of my non-supportive shoes, or when just puttering around the house, but I couldn’t wait to get back into my vionics.

The only flaw in these braces is the lack of sizing in the description on the page. I had never used this type of brace before, because I don’t have plantar fasciitis or weak arches. I got them to use as support for my dancing. I had to guess at the size, going with the Medium. It turns out that it was a good choice. My shoe size is between an 8 and 8.5, depending on the shoe. The Medium brace fits women’s shoe sizes from 8.5 to 10.5. Men’s sizes from 7.5 to 9.5. They feel very good, once I got them on. You need to follow the enclosed directions on how to wear them. They do support my arches, and I do like them. I don’t know what the sizing would be for the other sizes listed on the page. The price seems reasonable for this type of item.

I have flat, wide feet, one of which is overpronated, and plantar fasciitis comes and goes with that. I’ve tried several support braces, wraps , etc., and decided to try this one to compare it to others. Surprisingly, this one is pretty comfortable and I was able to wear it most of the day, with and without socks and shoes. It was a bit tricky to put on, even with the instructions I was a bit confused, but got it right on my 2nd attempt. I received the medium size, as I’m a 10 in women's shoes, and it fit well; not too tight and not at all loose. The straps that go around the heel, unfortunately, are low profile, so they sit a bit too low for my liking. This was concerning to me, however there is silicone that lines the straps, so after a while I forgot about it. The straps that go around the sole of the foot are secure and comfortable, being made of some type of thick nylon and spandex. I’ve found that these really help my feet not become so tired and achy and would recommend them.

Do not confuse these with the cheap bands that just go around your arch. These may not seem like much, but they actually work fantastically well. They enable me to walk barefoot an entire day, when I normally can’t walk barefoot at all without pain. Initially, they didn’t help me walk barefoot when I wasn’t wearing them, but after using them for a few weeks, I can now walk barefoot for about an hour. That is huge! They are made of strong elastic with silicone on the inside. They absolutely help your arch stay up and put your foot in the proper position to decrease pain and pressure on the metatarsals and plantar ligaments. I do wish they were less expensive, but two pairs are included as well as a little carabiner to hang them after washing.
