stopped working after one use
This wasn't very good. I dont usually leave reviews, but I turned it on once, and it stopped working. if you can spend your money on a more reputable brand, do that

Don’t buy.
I would not recommend you waste money on this product. It is not well made and very cheap looking. I would not mind if the product actually worked. I followed the instructions and unfortunately this is what it looked like after one use. The product smells strongly of burning plastic and you cannot smell the oud or bakhoor at all over the disgusting smell of the coil burning. The product produces hardly any smoke at all and I will be sending it back. Much better equivalents available from Saudi.
