OXO Good Grips 2-Pack No-Spill Ice Cube Tray

Best ice cube trays out there. I just wish they weren’t so darn expensive.

I love these ice trays. The "cubes" come out easily and it's handy to have the rubber lid. I've improved the design. I drilled a hole at the end of the spillway to allow excess water to more easily drain into the sink when I am adding water. This reduces the accumulation of excess water in the surrounding reservoir. I've attached two photos. I was careful not to drill the holes too big because I didn't want to have water dripping out into my freezer. My modification has been working very well.

I put off using these as they take up so much space in my little bottom freezer for my fridge. But once I made the room, and actually tried them I really loved how easy they are to fill and remove the ice. I’ve been using the semi silicone ones with lids that break apart and my fingers are very sore from those. These ones, no sore fingers at all. Very impressed with how easy they work. The lid does tend to pop up from the frozen ice but I have them flat, so for me this isn’t an issue. I also can carry it a bit awkwardly with one hand because it is very large. Smaller trays are easier than this one, but do not release the cubes as well! All in all, this is my favourite tray for saving my fingers from damage from trying to get ice out of trays easily. I’m reordering more of them to replace the semi silicone types that I have now. Thank you.

these are more expensive but they are worth it, worth every penny they are 4 times better than any other ice tray fill easily, drain off the excess with ease when you crack out the ice the flap directs the ice down preventing cubes from going flying the flap is easily detachable for cleaning and easily re-attached the flap makes these stable when stacking and leak proof unless your careless the flap keeps the air out of the icecubes reminds me of the tupperware era instant classic these are

These trays are a refreshing change from silicone trays, which are difficult from which to extract the cubes. I like the silicone cover that prevents water spilling on the trip from faucet to freezer, and the curved cups make extraction a breeze. Very happy with this purchase!
