These clippers are great quality, especially for the price and set combination! I cut my hair every two weeks, so being able to have a quiet, well built set of clippers is amazing! The cut is smooth, the blades are sharp, and they are VERY easy to use even for a novice. The clipper guards fit great and work just as expected and I’ve used them twice already and found the battery life to be excellent! I haven’t had to recharge them yet! They are very easy to adjust and clean, even the accessories that came with the set are decent quality. I would recommend these to anyone learning how to cut hair or just needs a set of clippers.

I was really surprised by the quality of the clippers and trimmer. Basically professional-grade, they don't look or feel cheap at all. Well, the plastic comb guards aren't QUITE on the same level as brand-name Wahl ones. But the actual clippers and their blades are top-notch and perform great.The most incredible thing about these is the battery life. I've had these things for over 3 months now, use them every weekend, and still haven't gone below 50% battery life on either one yet! I actually had to plug them in and charge them for the first time before writing this review, just to make sure there wouldn't be any surprise problems with the charging. Otherwise, I probably would have gone a few more months on the original charge from the factory.Personally, I like that these units charge with USB cables. However, there are two caveats that you should know about. First, this set only comes with the cables, not a charger. Sadly, that's pretty much standard for all USB stuff these days. Secondly, while it's USB on the end that plugs into the charger, the cable has a proprietary connector on the end that plugs into the clippers. So, you can't use your own normal USB cables, as you can with other clippers that use USB on both ends. However, the set does come with two cables, even though both the clipper and trimmer use the exact same plug, so you're basically getting a backup cable.The most important warning I can give is that THE PLASTIC COMB GUARDS FOR THESE CLIPPERS ARE NON-STANDARD, compared to every other pair of clippers I've ever seen before. Normally, the comb numbers represent eights of an inch (e.g. a #1 comb is 1/8 in, a #8 comb is a one full inch, etc). However, these combs are offset by two sizes. That is, if you're accustomed to using a #2 comb, then you use a #4 comb here. A standard #3 comb is actually a #5 comb with this set, etc. I wasn't paying close attention, and my first cut was WAY shorter than I was expecting! That was frustrating, but now I know.Despite being a little flimsy feeling, and having the weird size offsets, the combs that come with this set are perfectly usable as-is. However, a cool thing is that these clippers fit brand-name Wahl combs guards just fine. So, I salvaged the combs from my old worn-out Wahl clippers and are just using them instead now.Overall, there are a couple of quirks to keep in mind, but this is still an outstanding clippers and trimmer set. You get both units for around the same price that Wahl charges for clippers alone. And while the comb guards aren't quite as good as Wahl's, the actual units themselves feel like much higher quality than what Wahl sells in this range. Recommended.

Impressive quality of clippers. Minimal noise and very easy to use. Doesn't heat up easily and i also recommend this because of it's lasting battery power. Small issues for trimmer blades because it's not that sharp to make lines on the edges.

I was kind of skeptical but figured what did I have to lose. These clippers are amazing, and I think they will last for a long time. My men/boys have commented just how well they work - no hair pulling or weird lines. I am pleased with their balance, weight, and length of charge. It has made cutting their hair enjoyable once again!

I'm Amazed at everything you get for the price! I have included pictures comparing it to my old 'full-size' Wahl Clippers.The big clipper is slightly smaller and not has heavy as my old Wahl, but is still pretty hefty and heavy-duty feeling. Also as I stated in the title, you can actually use Wahl Clipper Guards on the big Clipper just fine. You can see it in one of the pictures with a green guard. This is actually a great thing because only the smaller trimmer comes with small guards and they don't work with the big clipper. You can use the small Wahl guards with the big clipper!You truly get a lot for the money as seen in the pictures. Several clipper guards for both the big and small trimmer, a comb, charging cables, carrying bag, a small oil bottle, and even a cover for cutting hair!My favorite feature of these Clippers is the battery life indicator screen which shows the charge percentage. That screen will also tell you if the clippers need oiling as well. At first I wasn't sure about the idea of USB chargers instead of a wall charger, but now I really like the idea because they are perfect for traveling since you will be able to charge them with any USB charger.There is a small misleading description though, it states that it is stainless steel - it is not. The small trimmer is completely plastic and the big trimmer only the front cover is metal, the rest is plastic. They still feel high quality but they are not fully stainless steel like they look.Besides that, you really can't go wrong! I was looking for Wahl cordless trimmers until I came across these at a fraction of the price and I'm glad I did. These are very high quality and I love the fact that they come with TWO and they also work with your existing Wahl guards if you have any! Hope this helps :)
