The whole point of this item is to have a unique way of allowing my clients to leave reviews without sending them links.The QR code is a poorly cut piece of paper on the back of the plexiglass and it’s not centered in the middle of the glass.This item is not eligible for a refund or a return which is understandable given that it’s a custom item however I was very underwhelmed by the product.I will be going to a place in person rather than risking it again
