Does this have a trigger lock?

No, it does not. It only has a flip up plastic piece that prevents pulling the trigger back...a trigger guard.

Will this work on a 1800 psi electric pressure washer ?

It should. It's rated at 3000 psi. But more important is the size of the tips. Don't know the formula off hand but you can go online and look it up at different pressure washer sites.

Will this fit the Ryobi 1900 psi washer?

Yes, I currently use it with my Ryobi 1900 PSI washer, in place of the wand, to wash my cars. It's a lot easier to use, especially if you use a foam cannon.

Can i use this with heat, have a landa phw pressure washer that will heat the water to about 250°

No, you cannot use it with hot water. Thank you very much.
