This is exactly what it is supposed to be - well made, easy to install, looks neat in the door, and my cat likes it. If you need one, this is a good one to buy.

Our dog out grew his old doggy door. He is a lab/golden retriever mix weights 100+ lbs and is pretty tall. He goes through this with ease. Now that we have had this for a few months the deal is starting to rip a little bit. Would purchase again.

I wanted a hard plastic door vs a vinyl flap, eaier clean up and would keep cold air out better, or so I I thought. I made a mistake. After 2 days a crack appeared. I still am in shock. I only needed to replace the vinyl flap every 4 years. So, a replacement in days is insane! The door doesn't close correctly so air gets in. In order to make this one work, I will need to purchase vinyl to place on both sides and extra sealing tape. Think before you buy this one. The grass is always greener.

This dog door has been in about a year and a half and as well used. My schnauzer is 12 pounds and the size is perfect I was able to put it in by myself with a Zaza for the aluminum door and I am a 64-year-old lady
