Ulu Knife - Sharp Rocker Mezzaluna Knife with Stand for Cutter Pizza, Meat, Vegetables, Herbs, Salad

Bought this to cut Costco meal sized pizzas into bite sized pieces, as my old roller style cutter just causes the pizza to slide all over the plate. It is very comfortable to use, and quite sharp. The uses in the kitchen are numerous. It would also serve as a nice slice and dice defensive weapon, should a thief be foolish enough to enter my home. Would highly recommend this rocker style knife.

This ulu is nice quality. I especially like it to cut pizza and bar cookies.

These knives are so versatile its a mainstay in many cultures. I understand why. Its versatility and ease of use are unparalleled. I highly recommend this product. These knives are made in China, the steel is holding an edge very well after weeks of use in the kitchen. The knife edge has not rolled or chipped as of yet.For the price. I think this is a great buy.

Sometimes we make pizza in a jelly roll pan which has edges. The regular circular pizza cutters just won't cut the edges. This one does the job. It's small enough to fit most pans but large enough so that just two cuts go all the way across. It's also nice for brownies because it doesn't tear them up like when you try to slide a knife across the top.

You can really cut a whole ass slice of pizza and the box with this monster of a blade.

Nice and sharp, blade holds its edge similar to what I experience in VG10 ss (not a cheap quality of stainless). Only qualm is the handle is grooved on the underside and therefore pinches the skin a little. Still, no regrets buying this.
