Work Perfectly! My 95 year old husband uses a flashlight to go to the kitchen during the night. These are so much safer. .I just placed them down the hallway and they work great. Before he gets to the net light it lights up.

These things are awesome! Perfect for a stairwell, closet, or basement. My only improvement would be to make with made in rechargeable batteries so you could recharge them with a cord.

This is one of the BEST purchases I've made for my home. I would suggest NOT attaching them to the surface to allow for them to be moved around as needs change (if you can). I just lean mine up against the baseboard--so easy and versatile that way. They take 4 AAA batteries and the light remains on for 30 seconds after the subject is no longer within range.

So disappointed. These never did work. The lights came on briefly when we put the batteries in but motion sensing did not work at all. Save your money.

There is just so much to love about these lights. Easy to install (magnet backing is genius), motion sensors work incredibly well, terrific light pattern to light several stairs at once, light color is perfect, and the effect is so cool when walking up/down stairs. Make sure to test light placement prior to install or you'll get excess overlap.Consider buying two sets if you have a larger staircase. Also, these are similarly extremely useful to attach to metal surfaces as magnetic by default.My only criticism is one of the magnets popped out upon arrival. Nothing some super glue and patience to dry didn't resolve.

Love the lights and would be a 5 star except I only had 5 in the box and not 6
