Works great, taste delicious, and cleared up my gout flare up in about a week after I started taking it.

Worked for me.
I'm on an anti-inflammatory eating program. Never had gout before. Began experiencing a lot of pain in my right big toe even waking me up at night, but no redness or swelling. After talking to a few people they said it sounds like gout. I need relief and got it with this. I took 2 Tb twice a day in water which is 2xX the recommended amount on the label, but I guess I didn't realize it. Had relief within a few hours after my first dose. Used the whole bottle. Then about 4 days after I ran out the pain was back. So it worked for me; but also seems a bit expensive. I'm going to try ACV (which is mostly what this is) on it's own to see if I get the same results.

It helps me control the uric acid level
It helps me control the uric acid level very well. Two points to be improved:1. For me it’s still a little bit unaffordable;2. There’s not a counting cup delivered along with the bottle. It’s not convenient to get one from somewhere else.

Easy to use
The taste takes some getting used to. I mix 2 tbsps. Uric Acid Complete in 4 oz. black cherry juice, mix and drink. I then drink 4 oz. only black cherry juice to take the Uric Acid Complete taste away. I am hoping it will prevent uric acid kidney stones from developing. I've been taking it for only two weeks.

Sorry
As much as we all want stuff like this to work...it doesn't and at the end of the day we go and get allopurinol from the docI have researched gout extensively and there are 2 facts 1=allopurinol works and yes we all know the triggers. 2=But what we don't know is why the body stops extracting uric acid...the average male diet has food purines in the 120 range, this is not unusually high, but of course if you binge out and drink alcohol (beer) and shellfish and steaks more than unusual your going to trigger a flare-up. The problem is again...your body is stockpiling uric acid and the blood just keeps reabsorbing itMedical science needs to find out why we can't excrete it at the levels we did when we were younger. And to really make you scratch your head even more...vegetarians also get gout????Gout is becoming a very large problem throughout the world and until they come up with safe meds, diet moderation is the answer.WATER is important.... like most Americans, i've always preferred other liquids like beer, soda, and juices, for gout sufferers this is bad, it condenses the uric acid in your kidneys and recycles it back into the blood YOU must drink more water it helps flush the kidneys and moves it into the bladder. lack of ample water in the diet hammers on the kidneys. One amazing discovery is now being researched...they are now making a connection between high uric acid levels and cardiovascular and stroke and they are finding higher doses of allopurinol 300+ mg not only lowers uric acid but has shown 20% lower risk of heart problems and stroke.
