This product works well once I take it constantly, the moment I miss i definitely notice the difference. So consistency is key for the first mth and then maybe every other day to maintain.

I use this in my coffee every morning. No flavor. My hair looks healthier after 6 months but has not helped my nails. I won't stop using it! Price is good compared to retail. No odor.

I intend to never be without this product in my arsenal. True, the taste is a little unpleasant but 6 drops stirred into my protein drink in the morning and I don't even know it's there.
