So far this product seems to do what it's supposed to do, but the bottle was short a capsule. At this price I can't afford to be short any. Otherwise fast, next-day delivery and a good product.

I always say," If you want something done right, hire a Korean". Koreans bring a focused attention to detail that is simply awe inspiring. What is their secret? Maybe Korean Red Ginseng. This brand is the gold standard.

TL/DR: This is legit stuff. Taking 5x2 each day, and definitely feel it! I was stationed in South Korea (Osan) in 2010. At the time, i was curious about all this talk of Ginseng. So i went over to the store all the locals directed me to. They sold this exact bottle, along with various other stuff. I bought this one and went on my way. A couple months in, and i didn't really feel anything, so i kinda forgot about it. (28 yrs old, so yeah, probably not much effect) 2019 hits, i'm 37 now, working out a lot more, taking various vitamins to help me maintain that youth and vigor and all that. I first bought some other "Red Panax Ginseng" capsules with "ginsenosides" or some fancy name. Took it for a month. Nothing. I thought, ok, maybe i'll try another one, and call shenanigans on the whole Ginseng thing. Then i came across this bottle and recognized it immediately. I saw the little balls and knew this was the same stuff, so i figured, well it's way more expensive, but lets give it a second go. The writing is all in Korean, so you have to go off the translated version here on Amazon up in the pics. I believe it suggests no more than 5 balls, 3 times a day. I calculated how long that would last me, based on the estimates in other reviews of how many little balls are in the bottle. Somewhere inbetween 750-800 is what i gather. At 800 balls, i could take 5, 2 times a day for 80 days. That's a pretty long time, and i'm satisfied for the price. I figured if i didn't feel anything after a couple weeks, i'd up the dose to 5, 3 times a day. I've been taking 5 after breakfast, and 5 after lunch, going on about 3 weeks now, and i must say i feel it for sure. I'll be blunt here men, for the sake of clarity, but after about a week, i felt horny like i haven't felt since i was in my 20s. And i'm pretty active. And it kinda crept up on me to where i didn't really notice it for what it was. But it's like a simmering of energy in your system, and it wants release, you know where/how. Now i've been able to use this energy for getting a great workout first thing in the morning, being a little more motivated and focused at work. But at home, i'm ready to go, if you know what i mean. Be disciplined and use that energy for where it matters in your life! On a side note, i do CrossFit 3 times a week, and other workouts another 2. I am also taking Amino Acids, Casein, Animal Paks, Omega 3's, and Ginko Biloba along with this stuff daily. I feel like a beast, and this stuff made the difference! *Update - 23 Apr - After taking it for maybe 5 weeks, i started to not feel it as much. After doing research apparently it's been clinically proven there's a 'diminishing return' after 4-6 weeks. So i'm taking the recommended break for 2 weeks and will get back on it.

I have been cutting down on my coffee consumption, and this product helps me immensely when I need a lot of energy fast without getting jittery. No crash, no tummy issues, just clean physical and mental strength that last hours!

I found this product to be easy to take and it really does help with energy. For me, I had to avoid take after a certain time because it did interfere with sleep when taken too late. I would suggest taking doses early in day.

Will continue to this amazing supplement. I am using for cancer. My husband is using for neuropathy

Seem really good and one a day, have bought other brands and you have to take 2 or more

These had the opposite effect , did not give me any more energy or make me more alert in any way , I felt drowsy and dopey all day and in a daze until the following morning , after 3 days I had had enough of feeling drowsy , stopped taking them and back to feeling as I did before . Waste of time and money in my case .

Kapsel ist klein und kompakt. Lässt sich sehr gut schlucken. Ich fühle mich mit über 60 fitter und geistig aufnahmefähiger. Empfehlenswert!
