No Changes After 30 Days

I ordered these Japanese collagen sticks and took them daily for 30 days. The taste is actually pleasant, easy to drink, and the individual sachets are convenient to use. However, after finishing the full month, I didn’t notice any visible difference — with or without collagen, the results felt the same. It might work differently for others, but for me there was no effect.
