The compression in certain parts of the hose is ok, but way to loose from the thighs up. The quality was good. It was a little to tight in my anckles which hurt after a short time.

I have worn JOBST brand hosiery for over 6 years. But I have never worn this style. I wore this pair after receiving and could not figure out why they kept falling down. I was constantly trying to pull these up all day.The package said unisex - meaning it is ideal for a man’s waist, but not for a woman’s.Terribly disappointed - my purchase went in the trash at the end of the day b/c they couldn’t be returned after wearing.Complete waste of my $$$.

I had several thigh-high pairs as these socks are great and helped with my knees pain. But these waist-high ones are not as thick and sturdy. They tend to sag down and not holding in place very well after 3 hours wear.

Def not worth $80.

I have the 20-30 version. But the fabric was uncomfortable to wear constantly - which I need to do. So I ordered these 15-20 thinking they maybe more comfortable for all day wear. As odd as it may seem, they are much more uncomfortable! I will stick with the others. *After a few wears- I just can't stand the feeling of this material - which is horrible because the need to wear them constantly.

For anyone struggling with water retention in legs or ankles, these are excellent. I'm 200 pounds, 5"4" tall and have sort of chunky legs and butt. I bought the 3x size. I find that these are better than the knee highs because they don't pinch. Just be patient putting them on. It's a bit of a struggle, but once on, they feel really great. Even though they are made well, you can put a hole in them if you're not careful. Would definitely recommend.
