Product has been effective for me.

D-mannose, from what I’ve read, seems to do a better job at preventing bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall than the traditional cranberry juice remedy by itself. I don’t usually suffer with these types of infections, but have this as a just-in-case remedy.

This is a very good combination of ingredients, cranberry and D-Manose, to help with urinary tract problems when and if they arise. I always have some on hand, of one brand or another, just in case. The supplement is Kosher.The product is apparently made in the USA but you really have to look very hard to find that information on the label, as the symbol is too small and the print is a color that is hard to read.Additionally, the label says the product has 520 mg, but the label ALSO says the dosage is 1-2 capsules, and it does NOT specify whether that the mg shown on the label applies to one or two capsules. If one takes two capsules per dose, there are only 30 doses in this jar.

100 = 50 days worth. While the normal cranberry I use is a capsule with less cranberry in it, this is def more than that but with a less quantity. They work well to avoid drinking the juice and to help what its meant to
