This costume came just as pictured. I am 5'6 and 120 lbs. I ordered the small and it fit perfectly. The material is a bit stretchy, and it fits close to the body. I liked the details in this costume, from the scales on the skirt, to the sparkles on the top, the pretty belt that drapes around the waist, and the starfish hair accessory. I had read the reviews and was concerned that the purple from the top might stain my skin, however, even though I wore it on a humid evening, there was absolutely no purple staining on my skin whatsoever. I am very pleased with this costume.

I absolutely loved this skirt. It's moveable, I could chase my toddler in it, very stretchy, super cool coloring depending on how the light hit it. Felt confident in it despite having had a baby so recently. I wore a separate top for more coverage but the skirt alone is worth the purchase. Held up great all day, will wear again for future Halloween's!
