The quantum of Flower shall be increased as delivered product doesn’t match with the picture given while placing the order. Also few flowers were in damaged condition

Quality was good, however delivery of the order was very delayed. I placed the order day before so flowers can reach in time for my father’s birthday the very next morning but they didn’t receive it until late in the evening. Additionally, I wasn’t prompted to add a greeting for the recipient to wish them etc at the time of purchase. This experience can be improved for sure for others.
