Not worth the cost. Find an alternative.
Arrived with one outlet tube snapped off, needed to reglue it in place. Light smaller and cheaper than pictured. Clearly a return that was repackaged based on state of box and internal packaging and wrapping. Look for an alternative and don’t buy this.

A fun nano tank, showed up broken but fixable
One of the drain tubes was broken and so it wasn’t draining into the sump! I sanded down the lid and used reef glue on the broken sump tube. Not hard but not easy. Seems like this could be fixed by fixing the tank to the stand before shipping. This is clearly prototype material seeing as I had to repair it and tweak it after. It works but I expected better quality.

Coolest micro tank out there!
The media could not be loaded. Love this product, the quality of the work speaks for itself, everything was thought out and designed to be efficient. Had a slight issue with the lid, and PNW’s customer service was top notch. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a micro tank for a desk or bookshelf.

Hose leaked and have been trying to contact with no response
Hi I ordered a tank and received it on Jan 20 and it was a gift for my wife’s birthday on the 10th of feb when we opened and set it up there were broken parts and we returned it and recieved a replacement quiet quickly. But after setting the new one up it leaked pretty bad at the pump hose. We tried securing it and clamping it to find it made it worse. We have tried a new piece of hose but it still leaks is there anything you can do to help us fix this problem. Really looking forward to using it. I have been trying to contact for over a week now with zero response

Came with different light then advertised
High quality, thoughtful construction of the display tank, sump tank, and stand.Came with a pump that will not turn on and a different 5w light is different to the 10w one advertised and does not attach to the tank.Very disappointed for this price point.

Cool but….
The pump is extremely weak and useless. Had to upgrade that. Have had the tank for a month and the light is now getting dimmer. I reached out to the company several times over the course of a week with zero response. Too bad, as I was planning on purchasing several more of these
