Q: Does this mount comes with hardware to attach with Projector and wall?

Yes, from what I recall the unit came with fixings and screws for the wall plate.

Q: I’m sure this has an extension part but I can’t find it. Any ideas as my set up is too short by 6” or so

All that's included is what's in picture 4 extension bars and the mount itself

Q: Is this suitable for wall mounting?

The Benq w1070+ is 244 mm depth. With this in mind, if you look at pg 55 of your manual, the centre mounted position where your mounting holes on the bottom of the projector lie very close to 102mm from the front. which would pretty much place the back of the projector close to touching at 142mm if mounted directly centre. This being said, the universal spider and arms can be set further from this suggested point in the manual to accommodate extra space in the back for venting (though I don't think you have any on this model in the direct rear), and the mains plug cable. Being a wireless model, I think your only issue then would be how far your mains plug cable will stick out from the back after being inserted in the provided recessed opening (sorry, I do not have any published dimensions for this). Hope this helps.

Q: Will this fit epson tw650?

It fits most as the arms are retractable good solid bit of kit.
