The first two outputs which are higher than 9v can be changed to 9v with converter cables, so that's that solvedThe final output (the red one!) I use to power my digitech XP100 which is AC, obviously you could power a range of other AC pedalsSo in reality, it does have ELEVEN 9v DC outputs (if you buy the two cables to convert outputs 1 & 2)Everything is isolated.
