I noticed that sometimes the motor is making a clicking noise but not actually suctioning. it’s like it’s on idle or something then it will start back

I’m also having this issue, the motor seems fine and it looks like it’s sucking if I look at the pump itself but it’s still not working.

Your box should have had a little business card in it that says lifetime warranty. Make sure you register the product and contact them with any issues.

Is this a hospital grade pump?

No. Wearable pumps are not hospital grade pumps. But they do work great suction is great and not painful like other wearable pumps.
