Great!!
I must admit I was a little anxious buying this product due to previous reviews. I bought it because my son wanted it as one of his main gifts for xmas. It didn't disappoint though. It is quite difficult to fly at first but with a little patience its worth the wait. Great toy. ;)

Just what a 9 year old boy wants!
My 9 year old grandson found it slightly difficult to get to grips with - but is having great fun with it now.

Fun to have with Gransons on rainy days
Chose this as my Grandson asked for it which he chose out of a High Street Catalogue. Went on line and found you to be much cheaper. Grandson is having lots of fun with this product. Would highly recommend you

Awful, avoid....
Okay, I regard myself as a practical man, disappointingly over 40 and not one to buy something just because my neighbour has it. I hope this kind of validates the whole world of hurt I am about to bring down on this product?!I have a 8 year old son whom I have bought many toys over the years, a couple of these made by Air Hogs, including the excellent battle tracker system! And a couple of older helicopters. These have all worked well and have been robust enough to last the "expected amount of time" considering what it is and the environments it is flying in. The hover assault is just one too many things for a toy to do... I won't babble on too much but... The concept is fab the execution is awful. On its wheels it goes forward slowly until you give it a little tiny bit more power then it takes off..... And crashes. If, and I mean "If" you manage to drive it for more than 2ft without this happening, you obviously go for the wheel eject button.... Which doesn't work.... And again, it doesn't work.... Then, oh hang on I've crashed.... Eventually you will be holding the helo smashing the eject button waiting for something to happen, then amazingly it works! Once. So we forget the wheels and just got for a fly, to try the missiles out! 3/4 power off we go.... Zooming off the palm of your hand like a missile itself and before you grab the steering joystick.... You've crashed, it flies forward at such a rate when it's unstable, uncontrollable, then when you get it into a hover you try and steer which it does, to a fashion, the response of the helo is so slow, I mean slllloooooooooowwwwww that I thought mine was totally broken and didn't steer at first.... It will steer, you just have to wait until you have crashed before it thinks about it. And the best thing is, in the box are some cardboard targets, these would need to be the size of a regular fast food customer to be able to hit them with this helo, totally uncontrollable, oh and the trimming nozzle is also there for decoration, it... Does... Nothing... Would love to return it but the box was destroyed in my sons excitement, and now I just can't be bothered! To put it straight, this is rubbish, a total waste of money, go for the battle tracker instead, that works. Or just buy a Syma helicopter that actually flies, with no gimmicks, just capable of flying controllably. Simples.

Would never pay £50 for this. At £20 i can just accept. poly wheels plastic shell. flimsy
Flimsy & takes some getting used to. Personally should of had feet that you can attach to helicopter & maybe a switch mode for remote control car to helicopter instead of in 1. Most of the time it takes off with wheels attached still.

Fab!!
Managed to catch this at a great offer of £19.99. My boy was well pleased as he thought he wouldnt get it as it was out of stock or too expensive. Probably not worth £50 though!

POOR!
WARNING. DO NOT EXPECT IT TO PERFORM LIKE THE TV ADVERT. Infact, do not expect it to even fly.we are so disappointed in this toy. This was our son's main wish for christmas and it just does not work.you can just about get it to drive without falling over. Try and fly it and it will lift about 2 feet, bank over and crash. There is no control whatso ever, with or without the wheels. and the trim button does jack!It says on the box that it is an indoor toy, but you would need a huge house just to drive it about. It will eject sometimes and it does fire the rockets, but unless it flies there is no point to these. The on/off switch on the bottom of the chopper is poor quality and takes several attempts to get it to switch on.Its back in the box and going back.We bought this on Amazon for £18. I would be fuming if we'd paid what the listed price is.
