Our Maine Coon mix was going on a big trip and we wanted to keep him secure while transporting him in and out of his crate and in the motel rooms. This harness worked great and he was (fairly) accepting of it. It has a nice, snug (but not pinching) fit. There is no chance of a cat extracting himself from this harness. He did walk ‘funny’ while wearing it, but he seemed to understand it was (temporarily) necessary.

Is xxs for a 6 months cat, for an skinny adult is xs. If you introduce the product to a kitty is better than older cat. First time that my kitty was outside I use it and works. I tried in a calm place and let the kitty explore by herself. Is little loose in the chest area, she did not like it so much if she is inside home, but outside she forgot have that and continue exploring

I love the way it looks on my cat. And it fits really well. I like the way the harness is connected and supports from both sides. My Kitty is still a little nervous about wearing a harness. So she was able to slip out a couple of times, But i'm going to keep working with her and i'm sure the we will use this a lot in the spring.

I purchased two different brands and types of cat harnesses at the same time, to see which one I would like best. This one kept popping up and had good reviews. The other brand did as well, but was half the price. I measured my cats carefully before purchasing. They are both larger cats, 15 to 16 pounds, and both have a chest of about 17 inches. I bought the appropriate size based on the chart. I adjusted it when I put it on my cat, maybe even a little too snug because I was concerned.My one cat has a history of being leash trained. He actually stood there pretty calmly while I put it on because he knew what it meant. He’s been wanting to go outside for the longest time. We headed out, sniffed around for about 15 minutes. He got acclimated to the backyard. Decided to get the zoomies and teared across the yard. I have a retractable leash, he ran so hard and fast that he yanked my arm and the leash out of my hand. The leash was tangled on patio furniture so it was easy to get the leash. He decided he did not want to be caught. I did not see him get out, but I felt it in the leash as I was untangling it. My guess is he just turned around and pulled himself out. In any case, when he decided he wanted no more of this, it took him about two seconds to get out, at which point I had a heart attack and called for my husband to come help wrangle him. Thankfully, he’s sort of a scaredy-cat so it wasn’t too hard to herd him to the back door.The harness is well constructed, with soft padding. I believe that the padding and the soft/slippery fabric helped him to escape. Unfortunately, I think I’m going to have to go with just a nylon harness with no padding, extra tight so he cannot escape. or maybe, he’ll just remain indoors and on the catio, and spend his days begging to go out. Pictures from our only adventure to show that I did have it adjusted and had it on fairly snuggly. I would not say it’s a poorly constructed harness, but it’s definitely not for me. Had I been in the front yard when this happened, he would probably be gone. Basically, it scared the heck out of me. This cat has no outdoor skills as much as he would like to think that he does. As soon as my heart rate goes back to normal, I’m returning this harness and leash.

My ct has been obsessed with bolting out the door to eat grass and her last harness she could just wiggle out of. I swear she liquid, but this harness is perfect. It fits around her front legs perfect so she can't get out. I got a small but it fits my fat cat too so that's nice.

My cat Lola here loves going outside. Me the cat owner has great fear when it comes to this. This harness is great. Let’s them more easily and jump without to much restraint. She respects the harness and knows it’s the only way I’ll let her out so she never gets out or slips out. The adjustable clip works great for a snug fit and the velcro has never came loose. Very strong. I wish this shop had more color options but this one is pretty cute. Lola approved ✅

I measured my cat like 20 times to be sure to order the right size. I checked and rechecked. Still, when this piece of crap arrived I couldn’t believe I spent $30 on a piece of crap I was so disappointed so angry and mad that my hard earned saved money went to this… i did not expect the quality to be so crappy! Omg! It didnt even fit him!!! What!?? Hopefully i can give it away to someone who can use it… get a bigger size than what would be perfect according to their measurement instructions.. but my advice is dont buy this piece of crap at all. Omg. The cheapest crappiest materials. Its not good. The shape of it didnt even make sense, as it squished his shoulder blade area… like… this product isnt right. I spent hours researching what to purchase and i finally decided i would spend the money to get the best. It makes me very angry to spend great time AND money and be served crap. It pretty much sums up my experience of life but i dont accept it as acceptable. I bought another harness that is more minimal and was highly rated in an in depth video review of multiple products. I wanted the security of a cloth harness but it just didnt fit well, or fit how they said. Why bother writing instructions like that, and making a product thats crap??? Seriously it boils my blood. Theres people wasting their days and working their fingers to the bone, to produce this crap! Ah!!! Dont buy it. You can return my money for this and the stupid backpack if you want me to take down my review thanks.

After having used quite a few different types of kitty harnesses, this design is by far my favorite. It doesn't mess up my cat's fur as much as the simpler designs and the triple safety works well: velcro, straps and the double leash attachments.Unfortunately the "fuzz" side of the velcro they use is weak and disintegrates quickly. My first Travel Cat lasted a couple of months and my second one lasted only 2 weeks. I'll need to figure out how to sew proper velcro loop material to fix this once and for all. I just wish the manufacturer would invest the extra 50 cents to make this perfect from day one. :-/

Quality seems good. I like the reflective stripe on it. I have a 15 week old kitten and the XS fit a little large around the neck and leg holes but should grow into nicely in a few more weeks.

I love this harness, my cat can't escape from this one, and there's room for his future growth. It's nice and light and breathable as we get hot summers here in Australia. Will send a pic of him wearing it when my kitty arrives. (Tried it on my older cat it's very comfortable for him).Thank for a great product!
