This comes with batteries and very easy to set all the settings date time and year ect, gives an accurate fast reading every time. Comes in a nice case that easily fits in my bag if I’m going away, I ordered this machine as it came both 50 test strips and 50 lancets. I’m very pleased with my purchase . It is good value for money and has a fairly strong case, a good overall performance.

The tester is well packaged and comes in a plastic case that has separate compartments for the tester, lancer pen, lances & test strips. The tester is straight forward, clear and precise, and has an ejection button for the test strip, and the lancer pen has one for the lances. Great design that’s is very well thought out.

Really good value and it comes with everything you need including a useful carry case for the device and lancet.Instructions are a bit basic, but it's hardly rocket science. Install the needle and twist off the safety top. I set these to 2 or 3 (out of 5) on the lancing device and pull back the rear to ready it for spiking my finger. Install the test strip in the main device and you have a couple of minutes to dip the end into your droplet of blood and it sucks it in until all the little bars on the strip fill up. Results are given very quickly and within 8 seconds, you get your reading.It seems very accurate and once set up with the date and time, the device holds up to 250 readings. Functionality seems fine and once the test strip is installed in the device, you'll see it has 3 light blue lines and some black lines on it. I find that there needs to be sufficient blood to turn all the light blue lines dark, otherwise the device can give a low reading.All in all, great value and I'd wholly recommend it to anyone.

The product arrived quickly, within 3 days and I like the fact that it contained everything to get you started – meter, vial of strips, lancing device, lancets. The meter is very easy to use, you load batteries and set up the date and time. Once you insert the glucose strip it shows blood collection icon on display. The lancing device is very compact, has multiple penetration depth setting and indicates when it is loaded and ready to use. It also have a sliding button for lancet ejection.After you collect blood sample, the results are provided in 5 seconds. I noticed that once you eject the strip using the ejector, the meter automatically shuts down for you, which is really cool as I think it saves batteries.

This is really good for the price. Fairly easy to set up. It comes with a little case to store it with the lancets and strips. The lancets are pain- free and you can set the pen to your own preference. There is also a very detailed instruction manual which is easy to follow.

After sending a different machine back, I tried this, but the readings were erratic, and to be honest, I find this thing quite dangerous!I tested my blood and got a reading of 12.8; then, an hour later, I got a reading of 18.4. !! I spoke to my doctor, and she has gotten me a proper MEDICALLY approved blood testing machine. You cant mess around with diabetes because if you get the wrong reading and try to adjust your blood sugar you could be going the wrong way of solving a high or low reading, quite shocking really that these are so bad!!!Go to your doctor and get a proper blood testing machine!!
