This set did a magical job during my bathroom renovations. I used three different sizes to make holes on my 12x24 inches tiles. The each job was done perfectly neat and accurate in less than a minute after I started the drill. Setting up the bit guide was easy and peace of mind during the cuts. The performance of this product made me happy and made my project easier. I liked the product.

Thought the product was great, just what I needed to drill through our granite counter top to install a new faucet. Could not be happier. The suction pads were well strong enough to hold the bit still, they way they fit together on the bit helped hold the bit straight. During drilling the bearings used to guide the bit did not crawl up or down, held steady and true, did not bind. I have seen other systems for doing this but at a much greater cost. The diamond on the bits while nickel plated held well and worked well through the whole 1.5 inches of drilling. Just let the bit and the drill do the work, additional pressure was not needed. Trying would have ruined the bit before the job was completed.

Bought these to drill holes in porcelain tile, and they did a pretty good job of it, especially for the price, which was a lot less than local stores were charging. It gave a pretty clean cut once I remembered to wet down the surface, which I had forgotten at first, LOL. You will want to make sure you squirt water around the area before and periodically during drilling your hole. This keeps the saw from overheating and preserves the diamond surface from wearing off too quickly. (It will still wear off, just not as fast.) If you're drilling porcelain, I'd say you can probably count on getting no more than 3-4 holes out of a blade before it wears out. On something softer like ceramic it should last a bit longer. If you are used to drilling with wood hole saws, you'll notice that there is no center bit to make a pilot hole on this one. (It's done differently on hard surfaces.) You have to start on an angle & wobble around in a circle as you start your cut until it builds a groove. There are more sizes included in the set than I will probably ever use, and the more popular sizes will need to be replaced periodically, but I chose this set primarily because of the jig with the suction cups, which I feel will come in handy starting the holes on my shower walls. So far, I've only used it on floor tile, where the downward pressure makes it less likely to "skip" across the surface. I will try to update this review when I've had the opportunity to use the jig.

For the money, this is worth every penny. Used this on two tiling jobs. Very easy to use and gives extremely professional looking results. Perfect for creating inside radii, holes for plumbing, and cutting a core through a tile to install wall anchors for shower curtain rods.

Suction cups do not work well and there is hardly any diamond cutting dust on them and do not hold up. I drilled two 5/16 holes and the bit was dull. Water was applied when drilling. 1” bit was same way. I missed the return deadline due to not needing the product until after the deadline passed

I was unsure how well this would work but I was pleasantly surprised. Cut holes perfectly. Wish the pack came with a few large holes. Cut 10mm ceramic tile perfectly.
