Really Good
I’ve been working from home for three years now, and my posture has absolutely paid the price. I started noticing a constant dull ache in my upper back and that dreaded "hunch" in my shoulders from leaning over my laptop. After trying a few of those thin, "strap-only" correctors that just dug into my armpits, I decided to invest in the SHAPERKY Full Back Support, and the difference is night and day. Design & Full Back Support: What sets this apart from the cheaper versions is the full-length back panel. Instead of just pulling your shoulders back, it actually supports your entire spine from the base of your neck down to your lower waist. It feels more like a supportive "hug" than a restrictive harness. The two integrated support bars along the spine provide just enough rigidity to remind you to sit up straight without feeling like you're wearing a suit of armor. Comfort & Material: The fabric is surprisingly breathable. I was worried it would get sweaty, especially since I live in a warmer climate, but the mesh panels really help with airflow. The Armpit Straps: This is usually where these products fail, but SHAPERKY added extra padding here. I can wear it over a thin t-shirt for hours without that "cutting" sensation. Adjustability: The Velcro is high-quality and very "grabby." It doesn't pop off when you move or stretch. Real-World Results: I started wearing it for just 30 minutes a day, and I’m now up to 2 hours. It doesn't do the work for you—which is good—it just provides a gentle resistance that forces your muscles to engage and hold your shoulders in a neutral position. After a week, I noticed that even when I wasn't wearing it, I was more conscious of my posture. My tension headaches have actually decreased significantly because my neck isn't straining forward anymore.

Excellent
Excellent! Since I started using it, my posture has improved so much, and my back pain is gone. It's perfect, comfortable to wear, and adjustable. Highly recommended.

Works well…but
So this review is more for the ladies than the men. I am due to have surgery on my lower back due to my spine narrowing and pinching my cord. I have been in a lot of pain since September of last year and have been looking for things that might help ease the pain,, something other than popping a bunch of pain meds (I hate taking pills). I saw this brace and read the reviews and decided to give it a try. You put it on like you would a jacket or a button up shirt. You first wrap the lower Velcro snug around your waist and then pull the two small Velcro strips downward to tighten the shoulder straps. The problem and reason I have given it 4 stars vs 5 is that when you pull the small Velcro straps, the bottom part around your waist goes up higher and higher and when you get the shoulder straps snug, your breasts are now being completely pushed up from underneath and it is very uncomfortable. I’ve tried doing it over my shirt as well as under my shirt and none of that helps. I find myself grabbing the bottom and pulling it down far too frequently when I wear it. I don’t know what the fix for this could be, but if you have breasts, especially slightly larger breasts, this may not be the brace for you. It helps to relieve my back pain a bit, but the digging into my breasts can hurt almost as much.

Offers support throughout your torso, rather than just at your shoulders and upper back
Overall, I felt like this has been a great posture support to help me adjust my posture. I've been a sloucher my entire life and have finally gotten to the point that I'm starting to worry about long-term problems if I don't correct my posture. When I realized my back was starting to hurt whenever I intentionally straightened it out and keeping my back straight made my muscles tired after only a minute or two, I knew I needed help! First, I tried one of those posture correctors that only goes around the shoulders and behind the back to pull the shoulders back, but it didn't help much with my entire back and didn't give it much support to help me improve my posture much. I tried this one because it gives support throughout the entire torso as well as helping pull the shoulders back, and it has helped much more. Please note that it's not designed to completely prevent you from slouching or to force the correct posture (it's designed to still allow you to move around and is not intended for all day wear, but just to wear for periods at a time to help with posture), but it does give your body support to help you keep the correct posture more easily until your muscles can strengthen enough to hold it more easily on your own. Think of it as training wheels for correcting your posture. It provides enough support and pressure to help you identify what adjustments you need to make in order to improve your posture and to provide additional support to help you hold the correct posture longer as you make the effort. My posture was so bad that it was sometimes difficult for me to even tell whether I had it right when I tried to straighten up, so this helps me feel what to adjust as needed. I like to wear it pretty snug because I need the support, but I've found that when I sit, it sometimes slides up a little higher on my waist than I like for the full support for my lower back, so I usually like to wear it for an hour or two while I'm doing something that I know I'll be standing up for (like working in the kitchen or going for a walk). When I take it off, I can feel the difference. I can tell that my posture is better (until I get lazy and start slouching again ;) ) and I can feel how it was supporting my muscles while it was on. Just a heads up, though, after wearing it a few times, my back starting hurting more for a little while (and popping a lot when I stretched it) because I've slouched for so many years that it took some adjustment for my back to get used to straightening out more again. After a couple of weeks of wearing this for an hour or two each day, though, my back started strengthening and straightening enough that the discomfort subsided and using good posture is slowly getting a little easier and more comfortable.

Un poco incómodo hasta que te adaptas pero bueno para mantener postura

For the price it's okay, definitely helps a bit with posture, but feels a bit cheap and instructions aren’t clear, it’s trial and error getting the straps right.

Need for spondylosis problem. Although have had a while not used as I should yet and waiting for spring and less layering of clothes when walking dog first thing. Absolutely love it though and fantastic price. Will wear it over a t-shirt and under a sweatshirt or light jacket soon on a daily basis. Comes with a small instruction leaflet. Looks very well designed and constructed.

I bought this for my wife to try. I had already given her a different type of brace a couple of years ago (the type which only spans the upper back between the shoulder blades), but this new one looked more comfortable, so thought I'd give her one to try. As soon as she put it on, she said she liked it better. Her first comment was that it was much more comfortable where it goes under the arms. The previous one used to dig into her skin whereas the Shaperky Posture Corrector is softer and cups her under the arm. Also, the Shaperky allows for full arm movement whereas her old one restricted movement to a certain extent. The entire brace is made out of soft material that allows for flexibility, even though it has the look of a corset. There are 2 thin hard plastic pieces that are positioned on each side of your spine to keep it nice and straight. This is a part of what helps to provide support and straighten your back. They are removable in case you need to wash the brace or you can even wear it without those pieces. There are 3 pairs of adjustable straps, so my wife was able to perfectly customize how the brace would support her. One strap is the thick belt strap that goes around your waist. 2 straps tighten the lower back portion of the brace, and 2 straps tighten the shoulder section to keep them straight. The stitching is good quality, which makes me feel like this brace will be durable, and it enhances the visual appeal. The sizing is accurate. I bought a small for my wife in accordance with the chart in the listing, and it is perfect. After trying it for some days, my wife says this brace is definitely comfortable to wear, whether she is moving around the house, working (desk job), or just sitting. She wore it with a thin layer of clothing and then with a bulky sweater. It was easy to adjust the straps in both cases for a great fit. A big plus of the Shaperky over her old one is that when she’s sitting, the length of the Shaperky forces her spine to be straight from shoulders to tailbone. With her old brace, she noticed that the lower portion of her spine was not straight (it only pulled on her shoulders). So the Shaperky is definitely better for correcting posture throughout her back. Overall, she says the brace is very comfortable to wear and after some time she even forgets it’s on. After wearing it, she doesn’t feel any discomfort anywhere, and she definitely sits and walks straighter, which is the whole point of this brace. The key is to be consistent, and it works!
