Lovely pen. Writes beautifully, like a fountain pen. The medium thickness refill is still quite thick. Discrete, but very high quality. All the external parts are brass and other metals, although internals are some hard plastic. Nicely weighted. Lost mine, so immediately bought a replacement. Then found the other :)

Great pen! Annoyingly product info says black ink but it comes with a blue refil.

The media could not be loaded. I’d wanted a roller ball pen for a long time then finally got a chance to try one out in a shop. It’s very clever in that when the tip is out the clip goes flat with the body and when the top retracts the clip sticks out. Writing quality is good but I’ve had to adjust my grip as it seems that the angle of the tip to the paper is important to avoid any blank spots but that’s just me I guess. There are cheaper options but I’ve always had a thing for good quality and this Lamay swift pen is definitely good quality.

Saw this in the Amazon Warehouse on offer less than half the retail price and took a punt on it being OK. Item came intact in its Lamy standard grey cardboard tube with an M66 Broad black refill. The Broad does lay down a thick line that can show through the other side of most paper. I changed to an M66 Medium Blue refill I already had and it works great. Obviously not everyone likes the gummy thick Broad nib and the lines it draws and probably why it was returned and became a warehouse deal. Good Find.

Pen is fine but being a 'rollerball' means ink is very thick and smudges - next lamy will be a 'ballpoint'.

I love these pens and bought this one to replace one I had lost. It writes very smoothly and suits my handwriting perfectly. My only minor niggle is that the ink flow reduces well before it runs out and it is not so smooth after that point.

Pen is amazing. The mechanism is very slick. Comfortable to hold. I would say that the included refill nib is on the thick side, I purchased a thinner nib, it’s perfect.UPDATE - sadly the pen has stopped working. The mechanism no longer clicks down to reveal the nib. I hope the seller can resolve this issue for me?

The pen's shell is great - it is sleek, good to hold and write with.The ink is the main problem. It is so thick that it bleeds through couple of pages of Moleskin and completely destroys the experience of writing.
