Please tell me this dress isn't too long , not down to ankles is it , im uk 12 is M all good

I’m 5.2 and it does touch bottom of my ankles and sizes are good it was really comfortable

Is the slit deffanatly on the left side?

The slit is definitely on the left but you do not have to have it as high up as the picture. I found the dress on the large size. I ordered my normal size but I think a size smaller would have been ok.
