Excellent quality
Cans of smoked herrings - kippers, in other words - are hard to find in shops, herrings usually come unsmoked and in some kind of sauce which mostly gets poured down the sink. These are excellent, with recognisable fillets of herring rather than bits and pieces, and a good flavour.
