The item itself is good quality - but doesn't seem to offer anything more than a normal rug. My dog has arthritis and doesn't show any preference to this over his normal bed.

quite flimsy.....easily bulges up. cant say for sure it it is keeping my dog warm.

I bought this for my Newfoundland dog who has arthritis, he does lie on it all the time and seems to really like it.The only issue I have is that its way to small for him if they did an extra large size I would purchase that.If you dog is small to medium it would be perfect. :-)It did arrive very fast and was packaged really well.
