always soothing and relaxing to me

Tastes okay
So , I purchased this product for eases of use and benefits that I shall not go into here. So as I expected it tastes like dirt. But I brew it with tea and drop a dabble of honey and it tastes fine. To each his own on health benefits. I have no complaints other then the raw taste. I do like that it comes in a strong tea bag.
