As an adult with ADHD, I've found this timer to be a VERY helpful support as I work on my long-term projects. My ADHD makes it hard for me to keep track of time. Mere audio timers have helped in the past, but they aren't REAL enough, and are easy to dismiss. The visual aspect of this timer makes the time I'm spending on a task, AND the time I have remaining for a task, much more *concrete* in my mind. I highly recommend getting one if you have ADHD and struggle to keep track of time while you work.Further comments:-The timer's alarm has an adjustable volume (off, low, or high) and isn't too annoying, and I like being able to choose whether it goes off for for 30 seconds or just 3 seconds.-The timer's face is highly readable. The design and color make it look fun, but also professional.-The timer has a good size and weight; I can carry it around the house with me if I need to. The silicon cover is pleasant to the touch.-The battery life seems to be pretty long (I haven't had to change the batteries yet).-Setting the alarm is super easy; you simply twist the middle dial clockwise to the number of minutes you want to set the timer for.

Ich durfte diesen "Verbesserter 60 Minuten Visueller Timer mit Schutzhülle Leises Countdown Timer für Kinder mit Alarm bei Niedrigem Batteriestand(Blau Blau)" von der Marke Yunbaoit, im Rahmen eines Produkttests, ausprobieren wofür ich mich erstmal bedanken möchte und meine Bewertung im weiteren nicht beeinflussen soll.Der TimeTimer wurde schnell und sicher geliefert und machte im ersten Moment beim auspacken einen guten, soliden Eindruck ohne Transportschäden oder optische sowie technische Mängel in der Verarbeitung aufzuweisen.Was uns gut an dem TimeTimer gefallen hat:+ Solide, wertig verarbeitet!+ Gut erkennbare, visuelle Makierung wie viel Zeit noch vergeht.+ Einfach einzustellen!+ Gut geeignet für die Küche um das 7min-Ei abzukochen oder eine Zeit für Aufgaben vorzugeben!+ Leises ablaufen der Zeit!Was uns nicht so gut an dem TimeTimer gefallen hat:-Alarm-Signal sehr kurz!Fazit:Solider anständig verarbeiteter TimeTimer welcher einen guten Job macht daher von mir 5 Sterne und eine Kaufempfehlung erhält!

L’étui mentionné dans le titre est en réalité la coque en silicone qui entoure le minuteur : celle-ci le protège des coups, chocs et chutes. On peut tout à fait l’enlever, mais à part pour le nettoyer, je ne vois pas l’intérêt de ne pas le laisser dessus.Il est complètement silencieux , car il n’y a pas de « tic tac » au fur et à mesure que les minutes s’égrènent. Tout se passe au niveau du visuel, c’est-à-dire que la partie bleue disparaît au fur et à mesure que le temps imparti s’écoule. La sonnerie est assez forte, mais elle n’est pas assourdissante.Il est très facile à utiliser, même par des enfants (à condition de savoir lire les graduations) car la molette est facile à tourner, même avec précision. Il est facile à déplacer et à transporter car il est très léger et peu encombrant.

En el vídeo podéis ver el funcionamiento. El reloj consta de un recubrimiento de goma que se puede retirar si quieres, un dial que puede contar hasta 60 minutos y que el niño, en vez de ver el tiempo por el paso de una aguja, ve cómo va desapareciendo poco a poco el dial azul. En la parte de atrás, tenemos un compartimento para dos pilas AAA cerrado mediante un tornillo (se incluyen tanto las pilas como el destornillador). También tenemos un botón para que la alarma dure 3 o 30 segundos y otro para regular la intensidad de la alarma o desactivarla si lo vemos conveniente. Lo último que queda por contar, es que en la esfera de la hora hay un pequeño led para indicar si la pila se está gastando. Sé que hay relojes digitales, pero para mi es un plus el dial de color que va desapareciendo. Me parece muy gráfico para los más pequeños de la casa.

I have ADHD, in my 30s, and struggle significantly with time management. Part of my job involves doing things in 45 minute chunks of time, which I always go over. I kept seeing this item recommended for kids with ADHD and thinking it didn't apply to me. Finally, I just went for it- game changer! Used it today during a presentation I gave, and during two other tasks, and I was able to do all three without going over time! Something about the visual demonstration of time, instead of abstract demonstration via numbers, really jived with me. And no ticking, with an option for no alarm, which is perfect. I know I will be using this daily now. What a simple and effective way to approach one of my lifelong challenges! Totally worth the very fair price.
