This has worked great and does everything well. Great for small home builds for the boys to learn on.

I've had better ASUS boards
I build computers as a side gig and always make a point to use ASUS motherboards. The BIOS and easy setup are what sell me on them every time. Unfortunately this motherboard presented a couple of problems during initial setup of my first Haswell machine. It absolutely refused to recognize the external DVD drive I was using to load Windows, and it took a couple hours of coaxing and troubleshooting to get the motherboard to read the Windows DVD at all. Previous ASUS motherboards I've used (LGA 1155 Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge boards) had no problems like this.

Has clear bandwidth issues. For example USB and SATA device throughput is significantly diminished when the PCIe Port under load from high bandwidth/performance device. Other than that it functions well.

NO COMPLAINTS HERE...
I did update the bios to the 0803 version before loading the OS. I temporarily hooked up a SATA DVD-ROM and had no issues installing windows. Along with an Intel 330 SSD and an i3 4330 CPU, this thing is blazing fast... and tiny in an Antec ISK 110 case. Slick BIOS interface, good video performance and low power draw, just a very impressive package... HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The motherboard was easy to configure and install
The motherboard was easy to configure and install. Helps if you've done this before. Possible issues with loading Windows 7 and some weird Intel driver that's hard to find, so instead loaded Windows 10 and afterwards everything now installs great. Windows 7 updates make this motherboard impossible to enjoy thanks to Microsoft. I would warn others to only install Windows 10 on this nice board.
