I gave them a bad review at first because I had contacted them about their product and they did not initially get right back to me, but they reached out to me and sent us a replacement product. You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you Zadro for showing all the other companies how to treat their customers.It worked great for awhile, but then quit working. Did not have it a year. Reached out to the company and did not receive a response. This is a lot of money to spend for it to quit working so quickly.

This is our second warmer from this brand that we have purchased. When searching for a new one this fell in the middle price wise. As tempting as it was to go with a less expensive model, sometimes you get what you pay for.I did read some of the reviews on this and some complaints about it only lasting a few years. Well I will say that ours did last approximately 2.5 years, but with 3 people using it daily I feel that was an acceptable life expectancy.This thing is game changer for your bath or shower routine. It heats up your towels or robe and is such an embrace wrapping the warmth around you after stepping out of a shower.I remember the first time my husband used it he called me at work and was like OMG this thing is amazing.One of those little luxuries you never knew you wanted or needed until you had it.I will definitely continue to purchase this brand as I know what it does and it does what we love.

This towel warmer did the trick. It gave a warm look to my family room, the wooden handle melding right in with the color of the built in desk in the room adjacent to our outdoor hot tub area. More importantly, I dropped two towels into the warmer and when I got out our hot tub, they were warm. Additionally, it's light weight and easy to use.

First - all the pics people have posted of the inside paint flaking off are true and that starts happening immediately after the first few uses. I had it about a year and used it almost daily. Sometimes towels were hot - sometimes they were barely warm - and sometimes had super hot spots but also bone cold spots. BUT NOW FOR THE FIRE DANGER - one day it hadn’t been used at all and I walked into the bathroom and when I went near the towel warmer it was putting off heat like a freaking space heater. The lights were NOT on on the unit and it was making an electric ticking sound like it would when it was actually turned on, except the ticks were much faster. I opened the lid and the fumes that hit me in the face were shocking. The bottom plastic area was warped and melting and you could see the actual fumes coming out into the room. The outside of the machine was so hot I could barely pick it up and take it out of the room after unplugging it. THANK GOD I was home and I can’t even begin to imagine the devastation in my life if this piece of junk burst into flames and killed my two fur babies while I was gone. I don’t know how this company is allowed to sell something so life threatening on Amazon.

Really warms up towels, bathrobes, etc wonderfully! Greatest pleasure getting out of the shower and grabbing a nice warm towel to wrap yourself in! Only thing I didn’t like is that the insides of the bucket get extremely hot! If you accidentally rub your hand on the side whilst grabbing the towel, you will get burned! Same thing does not happen with the sides of a clothes dryer, for example. Might be warm but not burning hot. Just a precaution.

After trying one at a friend's house, we bought one, and my wife was very happy, until one day, 7 months later, it wouldn't turn on. Contacted customer service through their website, about a week later, got an email from them asking for some more information, and today, a new unit was dropped off at our door!We had previously told several friends about these, and will continue to do so! So nice to find a company stand behind its product and warranty with no arguments!

I know what you're thinking, am I really going to use this? Well let me tell ya, this product works and it works WELL. My wife and I live in a floor level apartment and the fall chill has already settled into the air. We use this almost everyday. We warm our towels before we hop in the shower and blankets for lounging and before we go to bed. The warmer has enough capacity to fit around 3 bath towels with some room to spare, 4 if rolled up tightly. It takes about 20-30 minutes to get a hot towel. If it is in longer it will ensure the contents are evenly heated. When you take out your towel or blanket, get ready to wrap yourself up in a soothing warmth. It will feel like a hug, no the best hug you have ever had. Not only is the warmer functional, but it looks modern and easily fits the look of virtually any home. What it comes down to is this product adds comfort to our home. I love it and my wife loves it even more. Get ready to get cozy with this comfort enhancing blanket warmer!

Great product for a hot tub in winter. It can hold two towels and might take about 15 minutes to warm them up. They won’t be as hot as a dryer but it is just so lovely to come out of a hot tub to a nice warm towel. I find the bucket version better than a wall hanging dryer like my parents used to have because it keeps the whole towel warm. My life hack is to put my towel in the dryer while I’m getting ready and then pop it into the bucket by the door to the backyard while I’m hot tubbing. This makes it maintain a higher heat level but is probably unnecessary. Lid is light plastic but the whole thing is cute. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Have used this product for quite some time now and it works great.

Was working reasonably well heating towels, but stopped working all of a sudden after less than 2 years. Now it turns on but produces zero heat.

The product appears to work well. The wooden legs that it rests upon are not quite perfectly levelled so the unit rocks back and forth a wee bit if it was checked for stability, but it is still able to function properly.
