The heating happens very quickly. There are no screws and no 3 pin plug included. That we have to buy separately but not a big issue. Installation is very easy. Heating is awesome and very quick.

Great Product, Worst Seller
Seller delayed installation request to racold by 1 1/2 days. However, post request installation engineer promptly attended within 3 hours, and provided satisfactory demo.

This product is a scam by Racold
The product description clearly mentions that electric plug is free during service. That is because this geyser doesn't come with a plug attached (which is an incomplete product). Products should have plugs attached as an important part.The customer support number of Racold is always unreachable and the WhatApp number is nothing but a Bot which never connects to live agent. Luckily after several tries got connected and they just sent SMS of installation without any schedule. Moreover they said that electric plug is extra request so I have to pay. I kept telling them that it doesn't come with geyser and Amazon mentioned it's free. Still they kept saying the same. The engineer called and asked me to pay for plug as it is extra product if he comes for installation. I said it should be free. He said take it or leave it. So I had to return the geyser.Take the risk of buying it only if you have energy and dedication to invest in the worst customer service of Racold.
