I guess I got spoiled on the other product I was using, which sadly seems to go out of stock, all too often. I didn't really notice a benefit with this, but nothing bad either. That's why the 3 stars. Just average.

I've taken synthroid for years and have no increase in energy levels, or feelings of well being.After the first couple of weeks taking this, I noticed an increase of my energy and all over just feeling better.I gave it to my dad, as well, who has been struggling with really thin skin and in the month he's been on it he has had less lesions from bruises. I was taking these and then forgot to put them in my weekly vitamin containers. Yesterday was the most awful stressful day. Today I had no energy, motivation and just felt off. I realized just now I know why. I have not taken these in several days. I just added them to my weekly vitamin container. I only take one in the morning after breakfast even though it says to take 2.
