Arrived on time, easy to fit and very good value five star item but they asked me to write more so here is a sentance that is not needed. What more can i say but great value did the job and arrived on time. Doid they want me to say that it also cleaned out the shed and got rid of all the hard old roller brushers and then went and did an oil change on the car all for the same price, no,,,,,, it was a great product easy to fit and arrived on time at a great price but Amazon wnated me to make my post longer and waste my time and yours fo reading. Once again it was a great product, fitted very easily and was delivered fast at a great price. END OF

Two emails sent to seller resulted in a confirmation that it is in fact glass and not plastic . The seller replied to my first email asking for a photo to be sent to them when my enquiry to them was " this feels plastic" "can you confirm its made of glass" as advertised . My 2nd email asked if they could in fact confirm its made of glass as the photo is the same as on their website - A very short reply came back saying 'we do not sell plastic cases only glass'This answered my query. A screwdriver was provided which was excellent to to the job. Fitting is easy - carefully remove the screws and they are tiny but long enough to handle with fingers - just make sure you keep them very safe.Gently lift off the old cover ( make sure you switched your phone off). Discard- Gently ease the new cover in place until it's flush all around with the body and put screws back in - do not over tightenThe result is brilliant and looks absolutely like a new phone - quite impressed - all that is now needed is a protective case to keep it looking New.Overall apart from the email responses not great at first I am satisfied with my purchase

As someone who has had an iPhone 3Gs and then an iPhone 4s for years and never even scratched them imagine my horror when I took my 4s out of its case the other day to find the rear glass completely shattered. After reading up on the internet and watching a couple of videos on replacing the back panel I ordered one of these - I thought that at under £3 it was worth a shot, if only to just get hold of the correct screwdriver. However when the new cover arrived and I'd fitted it (it really does take under 3 minutes) I was completely won over. The phone looks as good as new again. I'd read previous reviews complaining about the quality of photos taken with the new back panel fitted so I had a proper look at the lens glass on the new one. When I looked closely I noticed that there was a small transparent plastic sticker over the lens glass on the new panel. I peeled this off and tried taking a few photographs. The results were just as good as photographs taken with the original back panel in place. Overall I'm extremely pleased that for such a small amount of money I've got my iPhone looking as good as new.

The product arrived quickly and at first glance was very difficult to distinguish from the Apple original. The included tool made it easy to remove the old back and replace it with this new one. The quality was find and initially I was happy with this bargain. However, I then noticed that the little camera window was quite badly scratched and when I took some test photos they were very blurred. Eventually I fixed this problem by replacing the window with the one from my broken Apple original back case (easy to remove by heating with a hair dryer first as this melts the silicone glue) - now everything is fine.

I did think initially how a product priced so cheaply could possibly have quality id expect from an apple part. Because this was for my second phone, I thought that any back cover would be better than the one it had with a crack in it.I was so so so pleased when I got the part and fit so easily. It looks and feel like a new iphone back cover. I am designer with a keen eye for detail and even I cant see the difference.Above all else, I made a mistake initially and ordered the 4s back cover which has different clips. After emailing the seller back, they told me of the mistake I had made and sent me a iphone 4 back which fitted perfectly. I have purchased hundreds of items on amazon, I never feel compelled to make a review, however when something exceeds your expectations, you want to shout about it as I am :)

Bought this bace glass and on first impressions i was very impressed i quickily installed it useing the free screwdriver and tested all the major funtions of the phone my main proplem is that the camera is verry bullery and there is no qulatuy of the photo at all

So having dropped my iPhone 4S and smashed the rear cover, I went on line and couldn't believe my luck when I found this replacement cover at such an amazing price. I thought it was going to cost me a small fortune to have it repaired.Replacement cover arrived in a timely manner and came complete with the tool needed to remove the old cover and fit the new one, basically just two screws.The repair only took a minute and the phone looks like new again.Brilliant service. Fantastic price. Would definitely recommend.

Finding a suitable replacement back for my iphone has seemed to prove impossible, I have been sent ones that are either wrong size,scratched or wrong colour so went for this option which is more expensive comparing to others thinking this one will be fine but for some reason when placing the back on it does not clip in to place and the screws seem to only fit just over halfway. It will have to make do as seemed to be the closest I could get and I don't see the point to send it back for a refund or replacement because I need a back and I will just be sent another 'faulty' one. I may be simply unlucky but my advice is go for a cheaper option as they're pretty much all the same and in my experience none of them work.
