Works well with good sound quality. The padding on the earpieces is comfortable. The microphone seems to do a good job of picking up my voice and not sounds coming from other directions - I've had garbage trucks and construction noise outside while I was in work meetings, and when I apologized for the noise nobody knew what I was talking about!I've had this headset for about a year now and it still looks and functions like new.

I purchased these headphones a couple I purchased these headphones a couple of years ago, and for the most part, they did everything I needed. The only issue I had was that when I was on the phone because I work from home, sometimes the other person couldn’t hear me all the time. The sound quality was good, and the comfort was good. They recently broke, and so I’m going to try a different company or a different headphone just to see if I can get a better one, but these are really great for the price.

Worked good for the first week of use. Then started hearing a bit of static, but I thought it was the customer's side or the app I was using. Then I had a teams meeting and realized I get it all the time. Whatever, I can deal with that. Then I started getting complaints about not being able to hear me well, so I would adjust the microphone until it was just right. And then Everytime I took them off or moved them for any reason, I'd have to readjust for the next call. I could still deal with that. However, after two months of use, they are no longer usable. I went to lunch and came back, tried to take a call and realized my mute button wouldn't turn off. It's now permanently stuck on. No warning, no issues with the mute button previously. Tried unplugging, plugging back in, tried restarting my computer because I thought that might fix it. Nothing i did has worked. After a few days of tinkering and using a spare pair for work, decided to buy a new pair. Someone recommended Logitech to me, so I'll be getting those soon for replacement.

I recently purchased this headset and I am very happy with it. It was inexpensive, lightweight, and has good sound and microphone quality. I use it for making calls from my computer for daily work and have had no sound concerns at all. The headphones were plug and play with Windows 11. They are made of plastic and are durable and the adjustable headband is easy to adjust and stays in place. They have a 3.5 mm plug that plugs into the controller section and the controller has a USB A plug that goes to your computer. The cable is long and needs to be managed at the desktop if you don't need the length; however, having extra cable length is better than being too short, IMO. Overall, this brand of headset is a bargain and an easy purchase decision if you are looking for an inexpensive headset that just plain works as described. It is not bad for gaming, podcasts, or music, not hi-fi by any means just acceptable overall. I would buy this exact model again if these break.

Just ok.Flimsy plastic.Headband was a little small for my head.Earpieces do not cover my ears completely.I didn't read the dimensions, so I guess that is my fault.Mouthpiece only moves up and down, not in and out.I am afraid to move it too much for fear it will break.Regardless, it works. People can hear me, and I can hear them.Okay, editing to add that people are saying they can't hear me. Which is why I bought new head phones. Maybe it's my USB plug.
