Does the job professionally - no air pockets in the puck!
Perfect - use in racking and breaking any lumps or air pockets in the puck when applying fresh ground coffee!Needles are sprung to allow movement without damage or bending the prongs. Works great, well made and should last - spare needles included in a glass file. Use everyday - every brew. Super.

No need for expensive WDT
No idea what the expensive WDT tools do that this doesn't? Feels nice and solid with good weight. Perfect for puck prep with my Gaggia Classic. Easy to use and has replacement needles.

Good but needs a little instruction
It’s a good price and does the job, but I have to confess an instruction sheet on how to put it together would have been useful and I am struggling to keep the legs aligned correctly

Really useful and does the job
Having got back into grinding and pretending to be a coffee barista at home (I can’t go back to the awful tasting nespresso!) I was playing around with my coffee settings and got a new puck when it was suggested to use this alongside a distributor and then tamp.I didn’t particularly suffer from clumping that I knew of, but I notice this tool just helps re-separate the coffee grinds before I re-distribute and tamp. I don’t know if I’ve noticed a massive different in how it extracts but who knows! The tool came as described. Had to work out how the wire prongs went in (not sure if that’s because I threw the box and any instructions away prematurely..) but it was easy to assemble, looks good, is small and sturdy and well made. Had good, well made, thick and heavy quality metal feel to it And the tool sits in its own little stand by the machine until I next need it.

One of the needle holes was blocked
Still usable, but one of the wholes for the needles to go through is completely blocked, so only able to use 6 out of 7 needles.

Good weight and exactly what's needed
Lovely stand, may benefit from a magnetic base to hold still, but I've got on with it nicely.Feels nice and good it comes with spare pins although you can straighten them if needed.I have used this to replace a 3D printed version which was thoroughly functional but I can totally feel the quality difference and appreciate it
