Q: How do you empty the water tank after use? The tank's mouth has a slight lip so not even holding it upside down and shaking gets all the water out.

I don't fill the water completely full if I only have one garment to steam therefore it creates less water to shake out. If there is water left in the tank afterwards, I shake the unit until that silver ball Comes out, I hold that so it's not banging all about, and most of the water does come out. I then leave the flap open to air dry before I put it away.

hi, please make sure the cruise has a power socket first. This garment steamer only fits for 120V, if you want to use it on 220V, you need to use a voltage converter + adapter plug by yourself.
