Easy to use.
The media could not be loaded. Oh yo-yo! I remember these from my childhood (God, we were easily pleased back then!) Wheb you open it at first it can be a little overwhelming for younger children as the strings aren’t attached, you get a little odd, three finger glove and an overly complicated leaflet telling you how to put the string over your finger! But once you’ve got the string attached and wound it up, I actually found it incredibly easy and responsive, and I was able to successfully make it come back up to the top without very much effort at all.

Sadly not easy to set up...
I got this with the intention of teaching my little boy the art of yoyo-ing and stunts/tricks etc but sadly I dont know what I am doing wrong as I have followed the instructions but I cannot get it to thread on properly. It looks like it is but then when you try and use it the yoyo doesnt recoil back up the string properly so therefore you cannot play with it. I wish it has just come ready to use. Disappointed.

Poor yo-yo for the money.
This just isn’t a very good yo-yo. It’s cheap plastic and the yo yo don’t return up the string reliably. I bought 2 for a 6 and 8yr old but even as adults we couldn’t get it working reliably. The glove is a bit of a waste of money as a beginner doesn’t need a glove. Regret not spending a few pounds more for a better one.

Great yo-yo! Fun for all!
This has been an absolutely massive hit in my house! Maybe the old toys are the best! However this is certainly a better yoyo than I ever had as a child! My 8 year old is fascinated with it, she can even do a few tricks now and work it very well. It is nicely weighted and feels comfy in her hand (She is 8) it comes back up smoothly and effortlessly and looks good. It has even encouraged my teen who got the trick yoyo from the same make at Christmas, to get his out for the first time and play with it. They are now both happily doing tricks!! This make is really good, the products are of good quality. With this yoyo she got several replacement strings as well as a little felt bag to keep it all in.I would definitely recommend this item and make.

Great time filler and skill to learn.
In the late 80s to early 90s these were all the rage.I remember getting my first coca cola light up one. Was so good. These are fantastic toys that take time to master but they are super fun. You'll need determination and focus but you'll be glad you took the time.Walking the dog without leaving the house lol 😆 you might need to Google it if you were born later lolExcellent highly recommend.Fantastic quality. Great price and you can take it everywhere!

Nice beginner plastic yoyo in the traditional style
Priced at £9.99 with an 8% voucher at the time of this Amazon Vine review, this does not seem too bad for its quality and the set of accessories you get with the yoyo. It arrives in a compact and attractive cardboard box which is suitable for gifting.Inside the box is one plastic looping yoyo in red, one stretchy yoyo gloves, six stings (various colours) and one small velvet-like drawstring bags. The yoyo is traditional shaped and very solid, with a good weight, and is smooth and well made. The strings are probably a cotton mix but they look cotton, which has been used as the string of the yoyo for years, which is a nice traditional touch.Overall, a very nice yoyo and an ideal for a child or young person beginning to yoyo or starting to to learn basic looping tricks. I always suggest a child start with a wooden yoyo and get used to standard yoyoing and basic tricks before they buy a plastic yoyo meant for more elaborate yoyoing and looping tricks. However, I think this would work as a beginner yoyo. There is a one set of instructions which shows and explains how to work out the length of the string you need, how to tie a knot for your finger and how to attach the string to the yoyo and wind up your string. It then has a section on how to do some basic yoyo moves. The yoyo glove that comes with this set are OK, but probably the poorest quality item of this set. It fits my hands (small adult women's) so should fit most older children, teens and some adults -- there is a good amount of stretch to them. I also feel they are not really necessary for most people who yoyo.I am pleased with this product and am happy to recommend at the current price point.
