How do you put the replacement head on? We can't get the old one off!

Brute force! Angle the head as if squeezing out water, and try sliding the base (blue plastic) of the sponge towards the open end of the folded sponge. It IS difficult.. To use 'brute force' pull the sponge from the base unit, and you'll see the two base plates. Lift and slide away, you'll see the direction, if you take a look at the new sponge attachment. Fitting is relatively easy, as it simply clips in. Good luck. 

Is it right that the replacement sponge is solid, should I just wet it in order to fit it.

The replacement sponge usually arrives damp in a plastic covering. It should be wet when fitted or it will crack. Hope this helps.

The sponge measures 27 x 4.5cm. It is made for the Addis Super Dry mop, but will probably not fit other makes as it is attached to the mop with a plastic base fixed to the sponge.

Hello I bought a refill for my addis superdry mop however when the item arrived the mop head attachment had changed slightly which meant it did not fit the mop head I had. So I had to buy a completely new one. However the price is still very good for a complete new one

Good

The Addis Superdry Plus mop is the best mop I have owned. The replacement head is easy to change and fit on to the Addis mop handle. They absorb water well, so are good for mopping up spills or water leaks, aswell as cleaning the floor with. The replacement head is the same as the original one and as good quality.

The best mop

I love this mop it works on all my floors, wooden, LVT, and ceramic leaves no streaks and nearly dry so no waiting hrs to walk on clean floors, perfect size easy to use the handle to squeeze out excess and lasts for good long time, also can change sponge head in seconds 10 out of 10 from me

Amazing Mop!

Had one of these type mops years ago. When moved house, for whatever reason I went back to a traditional mop. Just bought this and on first use can't believe I ever used any other type of mop. So amazing. Perfect ringing action, they do not soak the floor. Clean perfectly and pick up any hairs (since last owned this type of mop, I have got a dog). Perfect mop. Came with spare sponge. Very happy.

Addis Superdry Plus Absorbent Sponge Mop Replacement Refill Head Blue.

There is no dislikes for me it is a great mop/sponge,it does absorbes a lot of water, we have two puppies running around, not only tips there water dish up, but puppy training as well, sponge is Addis make that speakes for it self, very happy with it.

Absorbent but temperamental

Works as expected but you have to be careful when squeezing out liquids as it lifts the sponge off the fittings of the mop

Mop heads

This is the best for mopping up floors as it’s absorbed water like a sponge the floor doesn’t get too wet I have use this for years , I would use any other product other than this
