Good to get out again
I’m very pleased with my purchase. It arrived as stated and earlier than expected. The instructions for assembly were straightforward. I did find aligning the holes quite difficult I could have done with two people. But once one aligned the other was easy.I have taken it out into the meadow with an all weather path and it was easy to handle and moved easily over the terrain. I also took it into the woods and again it was stable. It moves easily over gravel pathways. It is good to be able to be able to sit when needed. The seat and backrest are comfortable. The Rollator is sturdy and well made.It folded easily and fitted into the car boot.I’m delighted with it and it will make a big difference to my life. The best thing is that when I’m using it I’m not in pain when walking. The first time for nearly 3 years.I’m looking forward to being more mobile and being able to take my dog out for walks again.

My father loves this, he enjoys his walks so much more now.
My father is 92 and marvellous for his age but is beginning to get more unsteady in his feet. As he likes to her 4000 steps in a day, he goes for walks but recently decided that just a walking stick wasn’t enough to make him feel safe and stable. He had a rollator in the house, originally bought fit my mother some year ago. He tried it and although it gave him greater stability, the wheels were just solid rubber. As the pavements around where he lives are mostly tarmac and, in many places, distorted by tree roots and general wear and tear, he found the solid wheels of the old walker transferred too much vibration up to the handles and was very uncomfortable on his hands and wrists. So, after much searching and many enquiries, I was eventually directed to this model, with its pneumatic tyres. This is exactly what he needs. The pneumatic tyres absorb the vast amount of vibration from the ground and he finds it so much more comfortable and easy to walk with. He really likes the shopping bag on the front because it means he can walk up to the local supermarket and bring back a few things without having to carry them back, especially if it’s weighty things like milk or sugar. He thinks the walking stick holder on the side is a great idea, too. And the cup holder and he’s looking forward to the nice weather when he can collect a cup of coffee from the shop, then walk to the local park and then sit in the rollator to drink it in the sunshine. The walker is very easy to fold up, so it fits in the cupboard under the stairs when not in use. Although the wheels make it bit bulkier than the other one he had, it can still fold and go in the boot of my SUV. When you unfold it and press the seat down, it latches down with an audible, satisfying click so you can be confident it is fixed down. But a sharp tug on the handle in the centre of the seat will unlatch it easily and allow you to fold it up.I can see, because it’s so much easier to push this one along, it allows him to stand straighter, rather than bent forward, battling with the vibrations of the old one.I got it delivered direct to his house and suggested he wait till I visit to put it together but he decided he’d do it himself. He did find that quite hard, although he is a very practical man with a DIY bent. He found it hard to identify the pictures in the instructions booklet as relating to parts of the rollator. However, having said that, he did eventually get it put together and working properly - though I think many elderly people would find it tricky and would need help to do it.But, once it’s together, it is a really great accessory to help people who need that extra support walking and to increase their independence and confidence.

First impressions are very good
First impressions are very good - clearly a well designed and well made item and relatively straightforward to put together.I'm impressed that it is only about 22 lb but seems very sturdy and supportive, with large tyres giving it a good ability to take bumps in its stride. It folds easily to just under half-width, making storage simpler. If, as I was, you are looking for a sturdy outdoors rollator (as opposed to a lightweight indoors/pavement one) then my impression is that this one fits the bill. So far, I'm very pleased.

A few mild issues but overall a very nice mobility aid
This mobility aid was really what I needed and I was glad it came quick. I didn't expect it to require as much assembly but the instructions were ok to follow and everything was marked correctly with labelled stickers. The front and back wheels as well as the handles had to be assembled which took a bit of lifting and moving around but it was manageable. For the construction it is definitely very light, perhaps as light or lighter than a manual sports wheelchair. Some issues I found, is that I have adjusted the handles to their maximum height and I'm 5'9". This is without wearing shoes. It will be ok with flat shoes, but I like to wear platforms and the handles are far too low for me to be any taller than I am. There is lots of space in the metal bar where the adjuster holes are though, I am honestly considering drilling extra holes myselfAnother thing I noticed is that the height adjustment pins for the handles wiggle quite a bit, so any lifting up of the rollator makes some loud clicking noises. I wish there was something to tighten the adjustment like how you would on a metal walking stick. Maybe if I lightly wrap it in electrical tape it will be more silent. The last issue I had was the tyres did not arrive evenly pumped, which was ok for a few days only using at home but definitely too flat to use outside. If I had known I would have bought a hand pump in advance, but I got one quickly and after pumping the tyres full it made a big difference. The breaks work well and are adjustable. I appreciate the reflective stickers that come attached. The back support gets a bit squished in box but moving it around and leaning on it helps reshape it. The bag is easily detachable and comes with a shoulder strap. It also has net pockets on either side. Like others have said the seat is a bit tall, I like this as I'm tall but I would like a foot rest. I might make an attachable sling style one for myself.(Only for when sitting)Love the cupholder. The cane holder is ok, the tall part is held by velcro sewn to the back rest so it's a little wobbly. I like to shorten my cane to the smallest setting so it's not at my eye height when on the rollator. The seat is more comfortable than I expected, and has a waterproof/velvety rubbery feel to it. Seems easy to clean. The folding mechanism is simple too, but takes some force to fully fold. I usually pull up the handle a bit, then go to the side and push it in against my body to fully fold it. I have ME/CFS (moderate) just as a reference of strength.
