I dip in and out which really isn’t the plan but that doesn’t matter. Simply taking a moment to be still and present is enough. Would recommend to anyone starting this journey for the first time.

I absolutely love both of their books. I flit between both, journaling in them sets me up perfectly for the day and I love there is also no pressure to make sure I do it every day as the pages are undated which allows me to go with the flow and not beat myself up for missing a day! They’re so easy to follow and give me a sense of clarity, somewhere to let things go that I didn’t realise I was thinking about. Thank you, love a very loyal customer!

Great journal, I have started using this daily to boost my mental health and i love the propts and writing the manifestos is great, fills the heart with excitement for the future, and doing the tasks every 3 days gets you thinking about something new.

Delivered on time, good book however very repetitive and could use more examples

Same stuff every day, you end up writing something for the sake of it to fill the pages as life doesn’t change that dramatically every day. Useless diary as there are better options available.

A must buy for below beginner reading stamina and adhd folks. Very very small crisp precise chapters. We feel hooked easily.
