Sticks do not burn out completely
I had ordered it earlier and liked it, so this time ordered a pack of 4. Intense stick extinguishes after a few mins and does not burn till the end. I thought the problem will be with one pack, but all 4 packs had the same problem. Not purchasing it next time.

I have never seen any incense stick had mold on it but in this pack patchouli has mold on it.

Burns 3/4th or half and then stops.
This incense stick does not burn out smoothly 100%. I have purchased a bunch and stuck! Have to light them 2 to 3 times for it to completely finish! Product quality needs improvement. Just good packaging will not sell for the long term!
